Planning a work retreat

Our company has such a big year coming up. We need to get together free from any distractions and focus on the strategic direction of the company. It's hard to find a place for all 35 of us to spend a few nights away with all the meeting rooms and AV equipment for presentations. We have a great farm stay which we use sometimes - it's not fancy but we can take over the whole space and spend the time focusing on our strategic planning sessions. We have found something that works, and I want to share my experience with those who may also be struggling with company retreats. This blog is all about planning corporate training retreats for small and medium sized businesses.
